1. When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped the same day, when received by 3pm CST.
Standard shipping takes between 5 and 7 business days to reach its destination.
Expedited service is available. (see below) Please call
our Customer Service Center if you have any questions on the status of

2. What is your standard shipping rate?
Shipping is *FREE on orders of four or more items. There
is a $4.95 shipping charge for one, two or three items. (Series specials
count as one item & Clearance items are not included in offer). The
standard shipping charge to Canada is $5.95. These rates do not apply
to other international orders or expedited shipping. Contact
us for international rates. (See below for expedited
shipping rates.)

Free shipping is only available with UPS Ground and USPS shipping methods.

4. If I don't live within the United States, am I
still able to order?
Big Kids welcomes international orders! However, express
delivery is not available and free shipping on 4 or more items does
not apply. Residents in Canada will be responsible for all duties.
Please call our Customer Service for international shipping rates.
Our DVDs are available in NTSC format only.
When shipping out of the country, Big Kids will provide
a tracking number at your request. We are not responsible for the
package after it has shipped from our warehouse. We use the United
States Postal Service for all international shipments.
Canadian Customers - Please check out Fire
the Imagination. They are
located in Canada and you may save on your shipping costs. If you do
not see what you are looking for on their site, let us or them know and
we'll try to stock that product.

5. Do I have to pay tax on my purchase?
Only residents in the state of Texas will be charged a state tax.

6. What is BigKids.com's return and exchange
policy?
We understand that not all DVDs work out for every
child. If you are not happy with any of our products, simply contact
us within 30 days of the purchase date. When we receive your return,
we will quickly credit or exchange your order. Exchanges are subject
to a $4.95 shipping charge. Occasionally there is a manufacturing problem
with either the audio or video; please contact us and we will fix the
problem.

7. Can I use a purchase order?
Big Kids gladly accepts purchase orders from schools and libraries. There
is no need to set up an account with us.
